The beginning of this story of success dates back to 1922, when Dr. Alberto Dormanns founded a trouser factory in the premises of his grandfathers abandoned textile laboratories. Thanks to an innovative idea, farsightedness and to continued alignment to times demands, the company grew constantly, arriving at the end of the 90’s, to supply 15 countries worldwide.

In 2004 began the story of the golf collection ALBERTO, when in America the famous professional Alex Cejka wore on the green, not golf trousers, but ALBERTO trousers. From here developed a promising cooperation between the player and the male fashion brand which today is active also in the sports clothing market.

Not only from a long experience in the fashion house, but most of all from the development and use of innovative materials, a line of very different golf wear was born, which was a hit for its sought after designs, perfect fit and innovative characteristics. Since then the brand has established itself well: golfers know the functionality and expressiveness of the fashionable trousers and shirts from the German city of Mönchengladbach.

ALBERTO is present in 42 countries worldwide and has reached an exportation share equivalent to 52%. A standardised presentation of the products, with for example, magnetic walls which display the trousers in an innovative way and publicity campaigns and marketing managed in effective ways, reinforce the company’s image and its brands.
